The family knows how to take care of the guests! So very welcoming and helpful when we needed assistance. Loved that service from&to the airport for free (although we had a rental car in any case..) They also gave us coconuts and fruits from their garden. Nice pool for all to share. Also with restrooms. Free parking. Lovely kids and dogs and staff. We could leave our luggage with them in their house after check out. AC in the bedrooms was perfect to give good sleep. Felt safe. They came with a table and 2 extra chairs for us for outside use. (There was a sofa but we were 4 ppl)

Jerome and Godiva go above and beyond starting with communication before arrival. We stayed for 10 nights and they helped with booking tours, taxis, car rentals etc. It was the perfect home away from home for exploring Palau. Thank you!

Hos Shell Villa apartel resort i Koror er der udsigt til en have, en have, et fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse, en bar og en tennisbane. The most important was the people that helped us during our stay, Leo Sylvia Josh and everyone else. Leo helped us a lot with day trips, car rental, scenic airplane and any other information about the island. The room was spacious and the shared kitchen an added convenience. It was useful having a car as distances even within Koror are big and you need to explore the big island. All was great.
