The family knows how to take care of the guests! So very welcoming and helpful when we needed assistance. Loved that service from&to the airport for free (although we had a rental car in any case..) They also gave us coconuts and fruits from their garden. Nice pool for all to share. Also with restrooms. Free parking. Lovely kids and dogs and staff. We could leave our luggage with them in their house after check out. AC in the bedrooms was perfect to give good sleep. Felt safe. They came with a table and 2 extra chairs for us for outside use. (There was a sofa but we were 4 ppl)

Godiva and Jerome are excellent hosts. They accommodated our every need and went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and requests. Their hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Our room was comfortable for our family of four. Also, the pool was always a welcome relief after our daily excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ngermid Oasis and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly owners and provided help on everything from tour to booking restaurants! We had a great time, thank you Jerome and Godiva!

Fantastic staff that go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Room as advertised. If I ever go back to Palau I'd happily stay here again.
