I arrived late at night and was exhausted but then I met Steven! He was so kind and lovely and gave me a free upgrade to have a good nights rest. The rooms are comfy, breakfast was delicious and staff are exceptional. Thank you again Steven you are amazing!! Will be back for sure 🙌🏼☺️

He got us extended hours for less than published prices and gave directions and good suggestions for our 27 hour stay at changi airport The room had toiletries, water heater for coffee and tea And it was quiet
