Very easy to communicate with the host, good instructions and overall no complains! We started only for one night and the host ordered us a taxi to the airport in the early morning. Clean rooms with clean towels and bedsheets, good shower. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent , I left my luggage at the hotel and travled light to Japan for a week , then returned back at midnight took my luggage and flight the next day, the communication with the reception was really good

Just a short 5-minute walk from Taoyuan Airport MRT Dayuan Station, City Suites - Taoyuan Gateway offers comfortable guest rooms for guests with various travelling purposes. Super helpful staff. Great facilities and close to the airport. Very convenient to get a taxi for my early morning flight the next day. Staff organised my taxi, told me how much it would be, and provided me with a breakfast box to take with me. What a great service
