Very easy to communicate with the host, good instructions and overall no complains! We started only for one night and the host ordered us a taxi to the airport in the early morning. Clean rooms with clean towels and bedsheets, good shower. I would definitely recommend!

I just arrived to cycle the full circle of Taiwan. Friendly welcoming by the reception ladies. The concierge took care of my bicycle box, and delivered my bicycle to my room. The next day, the front desk arranged a taxi to escort me off the airport and start my ride to Taipei.
