The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was cosy. Exactly what I needed after travelling for over 24 hours.

Renovated and reopened in 2016, Taipei Fullerton Hotel - Mansion North is a luxurious 5-star hotel located a 2-minute walk from Zhongshan Junior High School Station. Superb! The room is clean.. i like the lay out of the room.staff were all good, location is great! Perfect!

If I could give this hotel an 11 that is what I would do! The check-in experience was amazing. Maruko was quite simply the most impressive hotel clerk I have ever met. She provided us with very helpful advice for our trip, and did everything in such a cheerful and effective way that one could not help but to be impressed. She even left us with a lovely, hand-written card at the end (complete with very cute pictures which she drew). I may frame this card :) After staying previously at a hotel in Taipei which did not meet our expectations, it was such a joy to stay at the CityInn. Everything was done just in the right way. It was clean, restful and smart. They kept our luggage for us as we travelled around which made a huge difference. Obvously I would stay here again - indeed I don't think there is anywhere else I would even think about staying in Taipei.

People can easier to find the restaurant, pharmacy, convenience store in that area.

You can tell the building is old, but it’s has modern touches and I think that’s what gives it charm the way it’s set up, I like that. Location is close to everything. Neighborhood is quiet and accessible to the MRT to get to either airport.
