Located just off Interstate 75, this Flint, Michigan hotel boasts a seasonal outdoor pool. Each guest room is equipped with a TV with extended cable channels. Atwood Stadium is 3 mile away. Stayed 4 nights end of November 2025. It was cold outside and my room was nice and warm. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. $50/night. I won't complain at all.

Wayne is an irreplaceable staff member that deserves recognition for how helpful he is and how he goes above and beyond for every guest he serves. The manager Daemeon is a caring and kind man with leadership skills that surpass anything you'd expect. He has been an inspiration for me during my stay, providing me with empathy, acceptance, and guidance. He keeps the place running smooth, and he helps every person that comes through the door. The housekeeping staff are attentive and efficient and they deal with every mess thrown at them. Anthony is a breath of fresh air with a great attitude. He's extremely helpful, kind and always gives a good laugh when you need it. Everyone that works here deserves endless recognition and rewards for their exceptional services. The owner should feel proud and honored to have a staff as great as this. There is clean water, no bugs, and free fast wifi. If you need a cheap and reliable place to stay, you can find comfort here. The complaints are coming from snooty people who expected a stay at a five star resort for $50 a night. Treat the staff with respect and they'll go above and beyond for you.
