The hotel staff, they are all outstanding, giving me very pleasant and comfortable experiences while staying there. Feeling so welcomed and valued by all the staff, especially Mr. Karolina (Duty Manager), the Latino bartender (sorry I forgot her name) and a black lady at the reception desk with a very straight beautiful hair (I forgot her name too).

Located in Queens, this New York hotel is 0.9 mi from the terminals of John F. Kennedy International Airport and is 8.3 mi from LaGuardia Airport. Bed was huge and so soft and comfy, pillows were amazing. Had free water in room. Gave you a free cookie on check in and the free airport shuttle 24hr is amazing, leaves every 30min on the hour.
