Location, staff very friendly and helpful, not only did they organise the shuttle bus to the airport but also organised to pick me up the night before when I dropped the hire car off.

This Days Inn is only a 5-minute drive from Kansas City International Airport and offers a shuttle service at charge ($ 5.00 airport shuttle toll fee) per trip). I had low expectations for this place due to lower rating but I was blown away by John's customer service. He was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. He was really helpful and satisfied all my requests perfectly. This man deserves a raise.
