Chicago O'Hare International Airport is 1.5 miles from this hotel, which features an indoor pool with a separate children's pool and free WiFi. Guests can work out in the 24-hour fitness centre. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Got the best sleep in the 2 nights we were there.

We had our flight cancelled to return home at midnight and had to book our own accommodation as the airline could not help. We arrived at the hotel worrying about what to do and worrying about funds for the rest of the time whilst stuck in Chicago. Veronica on the desk took all of that worry away, ensuring we felt welcomed, calm and looked after. She was amazing from the minute we checked in. We were forced to book a second night due to our flight allocation and she ensured we would not have to move rooms and made what should have been stressful, stress free. We could not thank her enough.
