I liked the fact that there was a shuttle bus that operated 24/7. I also liked the indoor pool where I could swim laps in the morning. And there were enough breakfast options that I was able to eat a very low gluten breakfast. And the staff were helpful and friendly.

Ideally situated at the entrance of Portland International Airport, this hotel in Portland, Oregon offers convenient services in a prime location near the Columbia River Gorge recreation area. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all of the staff that we interacted with were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel appears to be very new as of December 2025. Very pleasant, professional front desk staff members -- I met one at 11pm and the other at 5:30am. Shuttle drivers were prompt, both at my arrival at 10:30pm at PDX and at my departure from the hotel the next morning at 5:30. I slept very well in the comfortable bed (one small glitch--the window curtain could not be lowered, and the bottom of it didn't block out bright lights from another building several hundred yards away -- so I put my briefcase on the windowsill; problem solved!). Bathroom was clean and bath linens were very clean and fresh. An excellent experience!

The location is great - I had to get a couple last-minute things at Target and it's right next to the hotel The airport shuttle service was prompt and very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of different foods The coffee in the lobby was great, and the citrus ice-water that's always available is a nice touch
