Woodlands Villa is a beautifully restored farm house which is set in a very pretty, large and well tended garden. The home is very spacious and tastefully furnished and well equipped. Emmie has thought of everything and there were delightful touches like wellies for the children, and toys and games. I was absolutely bowled over by the fresh fruit from the farm and flowers that were arranged throughout the house on our arrival, including a huge bunch of fragrant sweet peas in our bathroom. We were welcomed by Vivienne who looked after us during our stay and came in every day to keep the house shipshape. On our first day there was an unexpected power failure but the owners had this problem fixed as soon as was humanly possible and they came around to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were fully informed about the progress of restoring the power. Everything in the house is well maintained and in excellent working order.

The cottage is located on the beautiful Redberry Farm which has alot to offer including daytime activities and eateries.It is a must-see for anyone visiting George regardless of whether you choose to stay at the cottage or not.The cottage had welcome strawberries and rusks. The host was kind enough to give me some cooking oil when I could get any from the shops at the farm.
