We loved everything about our stay in the Junior Executive Suite at Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa! Even though it was only one night, it was the most fantastic hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff is always smiling, willing to help, and extremely professional. As soon as we entered our room we saw a plate of fruits and a welcoming note. The jaccuzi on our balcony was amazing, very romantic and the sunset was out of this world. The pool is also very pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant downstairs had singers on Saturday night which was also very entertaining. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. In the morning, at the pool, there was a morning stretching session, and there was also an aqua gym session in the indoor pool. Unexpected and amazing at the same time! For sure, I would love to come back again and again to this fantastic hotel! Bravo and keep up the great work!

The hotel is small and everything is very near. The food was good and staff is kind.

Fabulous location - if you are looking for a hotel outside of busy area of Protaras 5-10 min walk to few of the best beaches in the area. 15 min walk to the Protaras promenade if you are looking for the excitement and night life(there is also a bus stop right outside of the hotel) Grounds- very nicely kept, very clean. The manager is always walking around and making sure everything is spotless, good job :) Room- beautiful modern rooms, comfortable beds and amazing unobstructed sea view. Staff- extremely nice and helpful Breakfast- very good, lots of selection available for everyone’s taste. Hot food(eggs, bacon, sausages), grilled vegetables (yummy), salads, fruits, cold cuts, pastries, waffles etc…

Food is good, you can seriously find what you like no matter how is your diet, service is excellent, cleaness excellent, stuff asertive and allways helpfull eccept guest service across the reception- they are not on their job at all. Reception is excellent. Cleaning service without any demand. All cafes, snack bar and ice cream bar are excellent. Coffe is high quality. Atmosphere all in all , gardens, lazy river, interesting plants, weeding location, all in all excellent.

Gorgeous hotel, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff everywhere: reception, restaurant waiters (thank you, Dorina and others - sorry, did not catch everyone's name!), kitchen staff and chef, maintenance (thank you, Nikolai and your colleague!), room service. Great variety of very delicious, sometimes even exquisite food and deserts in the restaurant (and you've to try the pancakes, thank you Athina!), including fish every day. Beautiful outside area of the restaurant. Fantastic beach lagoon with clear turquoise water, protected from side wind. Very spacious and bright room, balcony and bathroom, all very new and stylish. Every morning you see an army of cleaners everywhere if you wake up early enough, everything just shines, inside and outside! Also, very talented singers in the evening bar on the balcony on 1st floor, changing every night (I think), with good and not intrusive music. The pool area is very stylish and inviting, too. Nice spa, very relaxing and welcoming. Location is great and lots of supermarkets nearby if one needs anything. Very reasonable 65,- euros for taxi to/from airport
