The property - the landscaping - is gorgeous! Everything looks new. The room is very spacious and nicely furnished. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The resort facilities are above expectations. Looks meticulously maintained. The beach is nice, calm and plenty of room. The food was delicious with a really good selection of domestic and foreign dishes. Nesma at guest relations was wonderful. Would stay here again!

The property was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful with a lovely beachfront location and swimming pool. The meals were fabulous with tons of choice and all of the staff were beyond helpful, friendly and welcoming. My room was quiet, comfortable and incredibly clean. A big shout out to the entertainment team of Haitham, Mo and Sary. They always had amazing activities planned and always had smiles on their faces. I had so much fun!

After a good time of thinking I would like to start with the people, in 10 days, 9 nights I have been dealing with not only professional, cooperative, but also kind hearted; people/ staff. Food/ buffet: only first night was not very satisfying but for the rest of the days was good. Every comment/ feedback I gave to the chef was realized the day after. I asked for (Molokai/ Ute or green soup) they cooked it for me the 2nd day. However I would ask for more diversity and change in the menu. Rooms: amazing rooms with sea view and back yard with open air shower.

The reception staff were excellent, particularly the mature gentlemen who was extremely helpful and kind . All of the other staff too were extremely good too . Excellent meals.
