All-Inclusive Stays in Ierapetra

· Location is great. The hotel is located on the beach and you can reach the sea in 5 minutes from you room. Room: being a family with 2 kids we have rented a family apartment (2 rooms and a shared bathroom) - which was perfect. It had a huge loge and the sea could be seen on the windows. The beds where comfortable with conditional air, one fridge, TV-s and nothing in addition you could want. Food: our booking was in "all inclusive" mode - so we have enjoyed 3 meals/day. The food was more than enough for all tastes. You could find all type of food and in sufficient quantities and each one can choose how much and what to eat. For sure much more food than you have at home :) Fun: aquatic park - very nice for small kids. The swimming pool - huge enough and with young people to animate the activities and bring more fun to the guests of the hotel. The beach has not sand but small stones - you can walk without dedicated shoes. And it was great that after a bath in the sea to lay down on the beach to be warm by the sun. The hotel representative: GREAT! we have been invites for a meeting with a hotel manager and we have spent a delightful 1 hour. Having a rented car, we have received recommendations for trips and visits in the east of the island. Great tips and ideas and we have appreciated the explanations and the ideas considering that some of the information could not be necessary be found on the internet. Disliked · I have nothing to complain about. Just to copy a piece of advice received and which represent also what I consider: in case you look something to complain, than you can probably find something; but if you find one or more things you like if you focus on them, than the positive aspects overtakes and overshine everything else.

We loved our stay at this hotel! From the food, staff, renovated installations to the fitness center it was perfect! Resort is well renovated. The all-inclusive option was great and above our expectations (i) food was good with various options for all three meals; (ii) fitness activities were AMAZING with great coach and equipment; (iii) staff was friendly; (iv) we even received a bonus massage with our stay! Overall great quality for the price.

The staff were very helpful. A special thank you to the woman at the tour desk. She provided excellent suggestions for activities. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view and a private pool. The entire resort was set on a hillside so the views were fabulous! We wished we had stayed longer.

Maria and the entire hotel staff were exceptional! Maria went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing—she is truly one in a million, and we feel so blessed to have met her. The breakfast was outstanding, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Maria also recommended a wonderful five-hour boat trip from Agios Nikolaos to Spinalonga Island, which included a delicious lunch and swimming—an unforgettable experience! This was the first hotel we stayed at in Greece, and what an amazing way to start our honeymoon. You will not regret booking a stay at Mare Hotel—highly recommend!

It’s really value for the money, good food and good staff and they are helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights and the experience was good.

The breakfast buffet was excellent

The hotel was lovely! Great service from start to finish. Rooms were beautiful, though on the small side (we booked the basic room). Breakfast was really nice, varied options and good hours (7am-11am). Pools and beach were beautiful. Easy walking distance to little town with lots of restaurants.

One of the nicest resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The location was perfect right on the water with exceptional amenities. I originally booked a deluxe oceanfront room with an infinity pool but upon arrival the amazing staff upgraded us to a private villa with a private pool (1000/10) the staff were beyond exceptional and helpful in every way possible. The food in the restaurants was delicious! It’s about an hour from the Heraklion airport and about a 10min drive into town where it’s lovely to walk around the shops and restaurants along the water and easy to book excursions. We stayed for 6 days so we did explore the island as much as we could out to Samariá Gorge, Chania, Elafonisi Beach (pink sand) and the museums in Heraklion. The location, the food and the hospitality made this holiday in Crete a dream!
