Great price/quality ratio. Staff extremely kind, supportive and friendly. We took half board, and both the breakfast and the dinner were great, tasty food, wide assortments to choose from, probably something for everyone. There are three big swimming pools and few kids' pools on the property, own beach with free access to sunbeds and towels. The place is very clean and well maintained. Chania is at 30 minutes bus ride. We will come back over the next years; till now we went four times in Chania area, second time to Platanias.

We booked two rooms for our family 2+3, all adults. The place is a real gem, Large rooms facing from one side a private beach and from the other side a very impressive pool. Near by was the dining area. Although the place was almost at full capacity, the public areas are large enough and the facilities are built in way that they never felt crowded. The rooms and the public areas were very clean. The staff was very nice and hospitable. We felt that they really made an effort to make our stay pleasant. The food options were mostly diverse, there were plenty of options for vegetables & fruits although we felt that the deserts quality could be improved.

It was a wonderful stay in Iolida beach, it was so comfortable to be there. There are no luxury design or a lot of events, but it was so cozy, clean and the food was amazing! It was the most delicious all inclusive in my whole live. Stuff was super friendly, we felt like we were at home there. The beach was clean, sea was amazing and we could find sun beds at every time of the day. Our room was a bit far from the beach in second part of the hotel, but we had a wonderful sea view and it was super quiet there
