Ladies at reception were so kind to us. The room was below middle size but it had everything we needed. Breakfasts and dinners were really delicious.

Great Hotel for cost and value. Clean ,comfortable and warm rooms. The spa is also warm. Food is delicious from breakfast to dinner.. Personal from reception, wellness, restaurant, are very kind, possitive all is work just to enjoy in Hotel.

Grand Hotel Bansko is a 4-star hotel complex in Bansko, located at the foot of the beautiful Pirin Mountains and a 5-minute drive away from the ski lift. The spa and food were amazing! This hotel is worth visiting for its spa. Plus, it offers free parking.

Gardenia Park Hotel se nachází v centru obce Bansko. Nabízí pokoje s Wi-Fi zdarma a v zimní sezóně bezplatnou dopravu k dolní stanici lanovky. The hotel is very good: swimming pool, SPA. Staff was nice. Great food. I left before breakfast last day, they made for me something to eat, thank you 😊.

Winslow Infinity Aparthotel se nachází ve 3 budovách se společnou zahradou, 350 metrů od první stanice lyžařského vleku, a nabízí moderní ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a balkonem. The room and spa were great. Has a ski rental in the same building and a room to leave your own ski equipment if needed. Has a free shuttle to easily get to the gondola and back. Location was also great, only a few minutes walk from the center. The cold bath and saunas are great for recovery after a long ski day. We also took the massage one day and it was refreshing. Really great value for every buck.

Casa Karina Apartments se nachází pouhých 100 metrů od lyžařského vleku na úpatí pohoří Pirin v Bansku. Apartmány mají výhled na pohoří Pirin a Rila. The hotel was really pleasant. The room was lovely, the view from the room was gorgeous. The bathroom and amenities were perfect. All the areas - around the spa center, the lobby, the restaurant, were well organized and tidy. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere to the fullest. Would definitely come back.

Royal Bansko - Family Apart Hotel With All Inclusive Light or HB&Drinks and Hot Pool & Jacuzzis se nachází v destinaci Bansko a nabízí fitness centrum, zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu, bar a výhled na... Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.

Great hotel with a view on the mountain. The restaurant offers excellent food. The rooms are nice and big, clean and cozy. One of the downsides is that parking on the street is paid, but the personnel offered to help with payment details.
