Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel is situated on Kato Paphos waterfront, just 4 km from the lively town centre. It boasts 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs and a tennis court. Liked the overall look of the hotel. The grounds were beautiful, well looked after. Events and entertainment every day and night. Rooms cleaned every day, waiter service every day. Valet to rooms upon arrival, complimentary wine, water and fruit on arrival. Breakfast, evening meals superb. A lot of hotels main meals are overpriced and not up to scratch but this hotel has it in spades. We’re definitely heading back. Also given complimentary 15% discount pamphlet for next time as well. All the staff were just amazing to deal with. Very polite, very helpful and genuinely interested in their customers needs.

L’Athena Beach Hotel è un albergo fronte mare situato a Kato Paphos, a pochi passi dal porto, dai siti archeologici, dai negozi e dai locali notturni. A very nice and spacious hotel. I truly felt that everyone at the hotel was dedicated to providing the best experience for the guests. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Although the hotel is about 25 years old, most of the rooms have been kept up to date. The room was nice and clean, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. The breakfast was excellent, offering a huge variety of options, including a pancake/omelet chef. We stayed there in January and could only use the indoor pool, but I imagine that during the warmer seasons, it would be amazing to swim in the outdoor pools, and kids would have a great time with the water slides. There are also activities for kids, which is a wonderful feature. I think this is the best hotel experience I have had so far.
