From the moment we arrived, Hazem at the Main Desk made us feel welcome, and his exceptional kindness and availability were present until the moment we left. He was always there to make sure we were comfortable and at ease. We were also very well taken care of by Mahmoud at the beach - always with a great smile - and the entire restaurant staff, especially Sameh at the beach restaurant, where we had lunch daily. Thank you all for your hospitality. A special thanks goes to the Submarine Diving Center, to our fantastic instructor Abdo, and his entire team for an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for these incredible 7 days, Gemma Resort. We will definitely be back and have already started recommending you to our Portuguese friends. 10/10

Not only is the hotel resort absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. It's got brilliant facilities. However the best thing about the hotel is the staff. The staff are the best we've ever had at any place we've ever stayed. Mohammed was our room cleaner and he was just brilliant. We loved eating at the Mediterranean restaurant because of the staff who just go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Not only that you can really get to know people and hear about their families and see pictures of their kids. Abdo and the other waiting staff have become our friends. The food was amazing! Everything was delicious and there's such a range to choose from. Mustafa messaged us everyday with details about what was on and we chatted about any needs and he checked in on us every day to make sure that we had everything we need and there was no problems. He even booked us in to gorgeous VIP meals at the different restaurants. When we arrived we were surprised with an upgrade to a sea view which was fantastic. We could hear the sea all night. The facility staff and the people who do the different activities were really friendly and chatty as welll. There was no pressure they just asked and if you wanted to have a chat that was fine.we met Temur who was doing the photography and I would thoroughly recommend going with him. We went scuba diving and that was brilliant and they organised it so well. My son had a really good haircut at the spa and the facilities there are really great and very affordable. Every time you sit down somewhere someone will bring you a cocktail which are delicious and there's food available all over the resort. Even when the weather was a bit cloudy there was plenty to do . We had come from Edinburgh and we were the only British people I think at the hotel which was perfect for us.

All the staff is very helpful and ready to give you a hand at any time (starting from the reception staff, restaurant and cleaning service) so you can relax and enjoy the hotel. An enormous buffet in every meal and a lot of service in place (scuba diving; kite surf school, and more)

Akassia Swiss Resort se nachází v destinaci Quseir a má zahradu, soukromou pláž, sdílený lounge a terasu. Na místě je k dispozici pokojová služba, bankomat a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Naprostá spokojenost se vším. Líbilo se mi, že byla možnost povečeřet u stolů venku pod plátěnou střechou, kde pak probíhal animační program, aniž bychom se museli někam za tímto programem přesouvat (různé amfiteátry, divadla atd.). Perfektní je vytvořená laguna v moři bez nutnosti obuvi, krásné plavání. Rybky jsou vidět i v laguně. Pocit bezpečí. Jinak pěkný korál u mola. Veškeré služby hodnotím velmi dobře.

The location of the property is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport, the services are extraordinary, nothing is missing, free wi-fi, extraordinary cuisine that satisfies all the tastes of the various guests from all over the world. Unexpected holiday that far exceeded expectations. My extremely positive comment is especially for those who work within the structure who know how to make the stay very familiar. I therefore thank the general manager Atef Osman, an exemplary leader attentive to the satisfaction of his customers. special thanks to the factotum Mahmoud, an exceptional guy who accompanied us throughout the holiday. Thank you thank you thank you Mahmoud. In every resort there should be a person like Mahmoud who does not abandon his guests and was an important link that united us guests with the structure. All the staff work with a smile, happy and transmit their serenity to their customers too. I thank the two chefs Ahmed and Osman who are always ready to cook with all their commitment and ability, bringing out delicious dishes from the kitchen. The kitchen manager Ahmed Ali was a fantastic, unique person and above all very good at his job. I had the opportunity to meet equally special people like Wafe who monitored everything in the pool with a careful eye, Wael who accompanied us to the wonderful Italian restaurant Dolce Vita, Hassan, Abanou b, Beshoy, Alaa all excellent waiters and staff of the structure. With these people the holiday was extraordinary. The spacious, clean rooms, all with balconies or outdoor spaces facing the sea or swimming pools. Pools with warm and clean water, fun slides, very engaging and pleasant entertainment and above all a pier that leads to a wonderful coral reef. Three corners Happy Life is a guarantee in everything. One word to sum it all up: EXCELLENT

Tento rezort all-inclusive se nachází na odlehlé soukromé pláži v obci v Berenice, Hamata. Nabízí sladkovodní venkovní bazén s výhledem na Rudé moře a pokoje se soukromým balkonem nebo terasou. Amazing Resort situated in a great area for outside activities and adventures. The garden was full of flowers and birds, very taken care. We enjoyed the Bedouin tent so much and the ginger coffee too. Snorkelling there for the first time has beed a lifetime memories.

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. Kvalitní jídlo, příjemné moře, skvělý nový infinity bazén. A hlavně vstřícný personál - hlavně správce bazénu Mustafa a náš pokojský Hany. Ale všichni byli milí a vstřícní. Byla to opravdu skvělá relaxační dovolená, kde člověk mohl vypustit všechny starosti.
