Staff were great, really hospitable & helpful. Breakfast was adequate but lunch & dinner service was exceptional, delicious food & plenty of it with the lovely staff offering second helpings & we were even offered the other choice from the menu that we didn't select... amazing !

Ani bezlepkova dieta není problém, ke snídani slané i sladké pečivo, i všechny vařená jídla po domluvě uvařili bezlepkové.

Hotel Saraceno Resort with Private Beach se nachází 70 metrů od pláže v letovisku Milano Marittima a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a parkování za příplatek. The property itself initially appeared somewhat understated. Once we were installed, we were delighted with the hotel itself. What made the holiday however was the hotel staff - they were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast every morning was also a delight. Pool was great and beautiful private beach.

The hotel was perfect, we were provided with everything we needed and then some :) The personnel were always professional, as well as kind, nice to kids, and willing to help. There is enough English-speaking staff that I was able to communicate everything without any issue, despite not knowing any Italian. The receptionists were amazing, always helpful about my various questions and requests, always with a smile. I also have high praise for the kitchen and waiting staff, the food was delicious with good variety, and they were always calm and kind around my picky, rowdy, and messy 3 year old. We had full board, which included a self-serve breakfast (wide selection of delicious sweet pastries, as well as some ham, cheese, and salami that I haven't tried; coffee, juice, water, milk), a lunch and dinner, both consisting of self-serve starter, and two courses (4 choices both), and dessert (multiple choice, including amazing ice cream). Lunch and dinner drinks are paid extra, which was good for us, since we only drink water, and it was priced very reasonably (I think we spent less than 15€ for four for a week.). I noticed wine and sodas were also an option. The room was clean, it had comfortable beds, and all the facilities I could think of, including a stable enough wifi, balcony, AC, blinders, and a spacious shower in the bathroom. Towels and bedsheets as well as general clean up provided daily. We spent almost all our time on the beach, which was just about everything we could wish for - a parasol and two loungers, showers, toilets, small kids playground, storage space for inflatables, and a playground for petanque. All of that, 50m from the hotel, for mere 16€ per day. The beach itself is kept very clean and orderly. The slope is extremely shallow, so perfect for non-swimmers and kids. There are breakwaters, so the waves are mild at worst, when there is the occasional wind.

Tento rodinný hotel má vlastní restauraci a terasu s panoramatickým výhledem na moře.... Velmi hezké ubytování, výborné snídaně, možnost zaparkovat vozidlo v ceně hotelu a pronajmout si lehátka (za poplatek) v blízkosti hotelu, kde na hezké pláži s rozumným počtem lidí můžete hrát stolní tenis, petanque. Doporučujeme a děkujeme 🙂👍

Lovely hotel, very clean, we stayed for three nights and we had lovely time. The receptionist Claudia was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. Close to the beach.

This is a lovely place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and attentive — you truly feel cared for here. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the pool is always spotless. You can decide when to change your towels (just follow the instructions in the room). Air conditioning is available, which is a great plus during hot days. The pool area is cozy and well-equipped with sunbeds, swings, chairs, and umbrellas — perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is delicious and varied: scrambled eggs with bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh pastries, yogurts with fruit, desserts, juices, and much more. There’s something for everyone! The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5–7 minute walk from a wide, sandy, free beach. On Wednesdays and Fridays, there’s a local market — the streets are closed and filled with authentic Italian charm. Getting to and from Ravenna city center is easy — buses 70 and 80 run regularly, taking around 15–20 minutes. The route is covered by a 2-zone ticket. On weekends, beach discos bring a lively atmosphere, and during the day and evening you might hear peacocks singing — or even see them strolling on rooftops and through the streets! I truly enjoyed my stay — highly recommended!
