Train station is right across the road. I loved how spacious and beautiful the rooms are, with modern kitchen, super comfortable bed and great soundproofing. Everything with the property was pure perfection. It had such finer details to it. It was one of the best places I have stayed. It is a 10 min walk to the train station and the Billa grocery store is behind it which is lovely to cook self.

Although we are not very picky people, we do not give out 10/10 easily, so hear me out. First of all, my wife is a very visual person and we immediately noticed the cozy, yet stylish interior. Most of all, it was clean (thanks to Veronica!)! Second of all, the neighborhood was quiet, just in the area of the University of Vienna. There were students around, but nothing loud or inappropriate took place. Third, there was a nice little bakery just 30 seconds from the main entrance. Fourth, there was an amazing local restaurant nearby (suggested by the reception), which was the best restaurant experience in Vienna for us! Fifth, my wife is usually freezing most of the time, but in our room it was warm! Nevertheless, most of what took my heart in this place was the atmosphere: friendly yet not inappropriately overwhelming. And it was the small things: free coffee every morning on the ground floor, lounge area in the rooms to sit by the table and have a snack, TV that could be turned to see easily from the lounge area, luggage storage for our very last day in Vienna, environmentally conscious room cleaning. All of that made us feel like welcomed guests!

Inovativní apartmánový hotel navržený pro bydlení, práci a socializaci. The hotel is great. The concept of the hotel is extremely unique, really one of a kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone, trust me, you won't regret it.

Pokoje prostorné, Rodinný pokoj Deluxe měl i plně vybavenou kuchyňku (pánve, hrnce, atd.). Velmi dobré spojení s Hlavním nádražím (S-bahn) i s centrem města (tramvaj č. 2). Personál při check-inu velmi sympatický. Zdarma káva, čaj a voda na recepci. Na pokoji je i houpačka :-). ------------------------------------------------------------ The accommodation was great. The rooms were spacious, and the Family Deluxe Room even had a fully equipped kitchenette (pans, pots, etc.). Very good connections to the Main Train Station (S-Bahn) and the city center (tram no. 2). The staff at check-in was very friendly. Free coffee, tea, and water were available at the reception. There's even a swing in the room! :-)
