Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. The room was clean and the owner was very accommodating

To begin with, the communication with the hosts were very clear and prompt. Poppi responded to all my queries. The hotel arranges for pick up from the port at a reasonable price of 20 euro for two persons. On check-in, we were greeted with a warm smile and some great coffee. Necterios was kind enough to guide us through the must do locations and how to cover Santorini in a time bound manner. They have their own bus tour as well which we could not do since we had a pre booked tour - but the spots the hotel covers is similar to what other tour operators provide. In fact the tour of the hotel is more cost effective. Coming to the room, it was as it was depicted - pick and span and neat and clean. The size of the room was decent with a clean washroom. The room was cleaned everyday as well. The location is right at the Fira centre with markets, shops and bus stations all at a walking distance of 2 minutes. In fact, the most important benefit of this place is it's location which makes commute easy. They also arranged for an early morning drop to the Airport. All in all, a recommended place for a good stay at Fira at a reasonable price.

Very clean property, very friendly, helpful staff. Location is away from busy crowded town but just a short drive to everything.

The hostess was so accommodating and so friendly. Which really made our stay perfect. We loved it here.

I've been to many places around the world, but this is the first time that I've enjoyed my stay so much. It's a magical place, positioned in a really peaceful and quiet part of Santorini. The host, Vangelis, has gone far and beyond to meet every possible thing that one can wish for. From the moment you step feet to the moment you leave your room he will be a part of your magical journey in Santorini and assist you with every single thing you might need. I can't recommend this place enough, it is by far the best place to stay in Santorini!

Conveniently located - close enough to Oia's bus terminal. The neighborhood is calm and a sunset can be seen from the balcony. Kitchenette with some breakfast items was much appreciated. Above all, the host was very hospitable and helpful.
