The location could not have been more perfect. If you want to stay in La Spezia, this is a 3 minute walk from the Train station. There are trains that run throughout the day that will take you to all 5 islands of cinque terre! Alternatively, it’s also a 2-3 minute walk to other restaurants and the town in La Spezia! The room was clean and bathroom was very spacious. Everything was perfect!

Easily the best apartment stay ever!!!! Perfectly located in between the harbor and the train station and right in the middle of the old town shopping and dining area. Private balcony to have breakfast and watch the world go by. Double glazed windows kept the noise totally out of this immaculately presented large, comfortable and FULLY equipped apartment so we were able to sleep well. 2 split system new air conditioners kept the apartment at our desired temperature. Best of all was a large, clean washing machine with all products required and a drying rack. Even clothes storage in the bedroom was well thought out. We will be going back to this apartment for a stay every time we are in Italy.

The apartment is in an aristocratic building. Zara store is located in the same building as well. The apartment is better than the pictures, luxurious traditional equipment. Nag-aalok ng terrace at mga tanawin ng hardin, matatagpuan ang Soleluna sa Levanto, 41 km mula sa Casa Carbone at 35 km mula sa Technical Naval Museum. Two bedrooms, very well stocked kitchen, clean- a little bit out of town, but we were provided with parking card for the town.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to the train station and the walking streets as well as to the ferry docks.
