Whole place superb. Very close to the water and has its own rooftop pool and indoor spa. Ridiculously good value for money and the breakfast was banger.

Located in the centre of Kotor, 700 metres from Kotor Beach, Avenza Residences Kotor Old Town provides air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. Our studio apartment was perfect for our stay in Kotor. Yvan was so helpful with our seamless checkin and was waiting for us at the bottom of the steps to carry our bags for us. He also arranged a reliable taxi ride for us for our early departure with easy access to the north gate.

Beautiful and extraordinary view!! Apartment was very spacious. Well equipped. Parking on property. Location was just by the bay so you could go swimming in less than 30 seconds. Hosts were helpful. Bit of stairs to walk up if you have knee issues or you’re old. But we were fine with it
