Beach towels are provided at the beach hut of the condo, and there is a convenient laundry facility for the guests. The balcony is great to enjoy the sea breeze in the evenings, with an unobstructed view on the gardens. Last but not least, the hosts have been very welcoming with a special gift at our arrival, and very easy to communicate with through emails/messages. Strongly recommended !

Nice seating and table on lanai- Beautiful tropical grounds-can walk to restaurants and shopping or drive to all other sights. The king sized bed is very comfy. Has a fridge and coffee pot. microwave and toaster. We did not want to cook so were delighted with these appliances in the suite. Easy check in and out. Clean, airconditioned plus has a great ceiling fan. Would definately return and rent through this host again.

Excellent stay despite the tsunami warning and evacution (yes, we were that lucky :-) ) Very nice appartment with plenty of equipment ranging from air treatment, air conditioning, many kitchen appliances, to beach towels and various snorkelling gear etc. Very comfortable and large bed in bedroom, sofa in the living room for 1 adult great as well. 3 pools on the premises (always only us bathing there), easy parking, Coconut market with almost daily shows and many food options in walking distance.

3982S Kalakaua Gorgeous Princevile Studio se nachází v destinaci Princeville. Lydgate State Park se nachází 40 km daleko, Princeville Golf Club Prince Course 800 metrů a Makai Golf Course 2,5 km. This property was awesome! We would happily book here again when we visit Kauai in the future. The contact with the property management team was clear and friendly. There were enough towels for our stay and the access to the laundry really helped us keep everything fresh throughout our vacation. The place was clean, and there were even some chocolates, wine, and coffee when we arrived which was a nice touch. The loft space felt large and there was a closet which helped keep our belongings organized. It was also so nice to have access to beach essentials. The location is fantastic, and we felt super close to everything we were interested in! I’ll be recommending this place to anyone I know going to Kauai, and we will be back.
