There was no face to face contact at all.... no help to use gas,internet or shower hotwater, leaking shower, a quarter toilet roll for a 6 day stay . Badly equipped kitchen with no hot water at all, not any normal size cups or mugs, or glasses...such old small unusable pot and pan , no kettle, no toaster ! They did not even have the decency to translate any online instructions for vacating the premises although I asked for english. Saving grace was the position Deon and denise hugo Very disappointed!

The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The bed were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.”
