The room was a lovely size for a single bed occupancy, and the bed was very comfy. There was a tv in the room with Netflix, and the wi fi worked perfectly. The casa was in a good location, around a 10 minute walk from the Bus Sur bus station and the tourist Cemetery. The waterfront could be seen from the casa and was around a 5 minute walk. From there, by walking along to the right along the waterfront you can see several landmarks, and end up in the city. The kitchen had good facilities if you want to cook for yourself, and a very nice breakfast was included, served by Felipe. My favourite thing in this accommodation was the cat Chiddy, she is never in the way, but is a lovely friendly cat! The journey to the airport was only about 20 minutes in an Uber, and Felipe was there to help me ensure the Uber arrived at the right place.

Recently renovated, everything is new and functioning, very clean, and does not have a cheap feeling. The furniture is new, convenient, and comfortable. Good breakfast (included) is delivered the evening before, therefore no problems with early start. Excellent kitchen, shower and good heating system. Good washing and drying machines are available in the common area. It is a gated hotel in the middle of the block, therefore it is safe and quiet. Just three blocks from the town central square and from the sea. Excellent hosts, can provide a lot of advice and a non-expensive transfer to/from the airport.

Apart Hotel Endurance offers apartments with free WiFi in Punta Arenas' city centre. The main square is 240 metres away. Everything thing! The staff were very friendly and all the front desk staff could speak English. They allowed me an early check in and a late check out.

Located 200 metres from Pachecho bus station and 4 blocks from the main square, Hostal Ventisqueros offers accommodation with free WiFi and free parking in Punta Arenas. Centrally located and close to the bus station and sea front. The owner made every attempt to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He arranged a packed lunch as we were on an early trip to Magdalena Island and stowed our luggage until we got back.

Large, very interesting, super location. Our group of 5 adults and 3 teenagers stayed here 2 nights while prepping for our trek in Torres Del Paine. Mauricio was so helpful getting us set up for arrival, which included arranging a transport for our large group from the airport. He answered all my questions promptly and even shared a video to make sure we could get into the house easily. He also referred us to local shops where we could buy the supplies we needed for our trip. We slept so soundly after our long flights down to Punta Arenas from the States. Really, we have only good things to say about our experience with this rental. We wholeheartedly recommend it to others!
