Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. Artemis and Anna were absolutely amazing hosts. They were incredibly accommodating, taking care of every detail and truly making us feel at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean and offered stunning views. We were genuinely sad to leave, and we highly recommend staying here.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. The staff is very friendly, they gave me lots of recommendations and advice on how to get around. The location is perfect if you're looking for a chill place near the beach. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making my stay incredibly pleasant ❤️

We loved the privacy. The room had a nice small kitchen with everything we needed. The airconditioning worked perfectly. The host was also very kind!

Great location with amazing views. The host Spiros and his family are lovely and very welcoming. He was always available whenever we had questions and gave great recommendations. Room was very clean and well equipped. (AC, hairdryer, iron, separate towels for the shower, hot tub and beach, coffee machine, kettle) Sunbeds were also included in the price. Great value for the price.😇

The owners were fantastic They arranged the taxi to and back to the ferry .Our room Was perfect and the bathroom huge as the shower was also huge with a with an overhead rainshower .Very quiet and peaceful location .Air conditioner worker great and great water pressure in bathroom .Hot tub was so relaxing.Everything was perfect.Thhe owner treated you like family .Will definitely stay here again in couple years when we come back to Oia

Our hostess was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always readily available via WhatsApp for any questions or assistance. The room was absolutely fantastic, spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi, which was not only pristine but also the ideal way to relax after exploring the island. Breakfast was versatile, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The location couldn’t have been better; Right in the heart of Oia, with everything within easy walking distance, yet peaceful and relaxing.
