SwedenIt is really fantastic! What a view and right in the charming old town! The beach and restaurants just a short walk away. Can absolutely recommend it as one of the best I ever stayed at. Lovely pool and lovely terrace. Beds comfortable and apartment fully equipped. Nespresso machine with pods in kitchen. Market for buying food close by. Note if you stay here in Old town there are charming height differences to walk but it is not a problem unless you are disabled then choose other place in new part of town. Lovely area for evening stroll and dinner or drinks . Parking safe and free at the hotel. If you travel from Roma it is a road to go here along the coast without mountain roads which I appreciated. Stayed with two grown up kids.
Will absolutely return again soon. Lovely!!!

GermanyComfortable, calm and good location in Sperlonga. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well equipped for that. We appreciated the dish washer and washing machine. Barbara was a very friendly host and replied in a fast and helpful way to our messages. We liked Sperlonga because there's stuff to enjoy (old town, restaurants, cafés, lovely sand beach) but it's still small, cute and walkable. Early October was perfect because we still had beach weather but without the crowds, the town was very calm.

NorwaySperlonga is a cool, out of the ordinary, (I have seen many), beach resort/town along the Mediterranian coast. The very best place to stay is in the old town. Here you have the best restaurants and bars and it is still a short walk to the beach. In the heart of the old town you find Residenza Ottaviano. The newly renovated place is an experience by itself, situated in a old, charming building with white marble steps. The host(s) are very accomodative and nice and the facilities are of good qualities and design. Proper beds and duvets are essential to me along with a delicate and well functioning bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped even with napkins, coffee and ice-coolers in the fridge! It is obvious that the host(s) have thought of everything for you to have a comfortable stay!

Everything described is completely accurate: the apartments are new, clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. They feature air conditioning, a large terrace with a picturesque view of the hills, and a balcony in the bedroom with a sea view.
The location is simply perfect: everything is within walking distance — the sea, the promenade, highly-rated restaurants, a shop, and a bus stop. The old town is just a 15-minute walk along the promenade, offering stunning views of the sea.
I would especially like to highlight our host, Vito — he is the most welcoming person! He took care of all our wishes, met us at the station, and even drove us back after our stay. We were completely delighted with our vacation and will definitely return!

Beautiful boutique hotel right on the beach. Loved the allocated sunbed system - no towels out at dawn at this hotel. Lovely bar with great bartender

The hotel location is excellent. Especially for the evening walks. Upstairs terrace with its fantastic view was a nice bunos to the experience to enjoy sunsets. Valeria from the teception was very helpful and nice. Everyhting was super comfortable and cosy.
The only thing is that tou need to walk around 15-20 mins to get to the dedicated beach of the hotel but that was not a big deal for me because I enjoyed those walks on the beach. Also there are some other public beaches which you’re welcome to use too.

We had an amazing host who was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. It was evident that he genuinely cared about ensuring that our stay in his beach house was enjoyable. The apartment itself is situated right on the beach and comes with the added perk of two complimentary umbrellas at a nearby beach club. This club also offers refreshing drinks and delicious lunches. The large terrace provides a breathtaking view of the sea. Although the walk to the center of Sperlonga is a bit lengthy, it is pleasant and well worth it.
