United StatesI was really happy with our stay. Nick was a great host! Close enough to downtown without being in downtown. Right across a busy street to the beach! I would definitely return for another stay. Maybe even as soon as October. The room itself was clean & roomy. Private patio on first floor. I'm so glad for an almost full sized refrigerator since I had leftovers for almost every meal! The pool was not heated to 85°, but we weren't in it anyway. I just spoke to other guests. I really appreciated warm breakfast every day & the popcorn & cookies at 5! I'm so tired due to the time change between our central time & your eastern time, but the beds are very comfortable & I slept well. They are almost too tall, but I managed. Very happy with the big TV. Usually hotels don't have big enough TVs. Happy for housekeeping every day.
Other than that, I was very pleased with our stay! St. Augustine is a great place to visit & Ocean Sands Beachfront Inn is a great place to stay while visiting.
Reading other reviews, I find it extremely difficult to understand the great stays from the awful stays. Obviously, someone is lying about their experience. I did not see one bug, nor a speck of dirt! Everything was almost perfect. I noted what wasn't.

United StatesVery nice place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the TV in the bedroom was huge. Very clean. Nice sized kitchenette and fridge. The bathroom was very nice as well. Nice pool which we didn't use. I definitely enjoyed the beach. Very quiet place. Todd was extremely helpful and easy to get ahold of. Will definitely return in the future.

Great set up, nice large king bed and ample amenities. Not a lot of silverware or towels but enough for just the two of us. Communication was very good, nice display inside with instructions and information. Using keypad was great, no key to keep track of, very close to one of the pools and a short walk to the other/beach access.

Property was very clean and had great cooking accommodations for longer stays. Beds were very comfortable and the beach access was fabulous! Location to restaurants and grocery stores was great. Close enough to the tourist attractions but far enough for peace and quiet. 2 bathrooms for bigger parties which is great. Great communication by owners and easy instructions for arrival and departure.

Best location in Vilano for beach access, balcony had a view of the ocean, and nearby shopping. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioning was a nice comfort.

A fully functional apartment with a kitchen, washing machine, and everything you can expect. A parking place for the guests, another spot for a visitor. Cleanliness. All this makes it an excellent alternative to a hotel. An ideal place for a couple or a small family for a city break or a short vacation, next to the Atlantic ocean, with beach access, and very close to the historic center of the nation's oldest city. The property is not cheap and a deposit is required, but it's possibly worth every dollar spent.
