What a fantastic team! Panasha, Rahit, Rasul were amazing! After an initial hiccup we were upgraded to a fabulous suite which was totally unexpected. Their service was exemplary, nothing was a problem or too much trouble from providing directions to storing our bags. A birthday treat was even provided for my husband. The hotel location is perfect, the Marina view from the rooms was amazing! The facilities are fabulous… Definitely recommend a stay here!

Located in Dubai, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. We used inroom dining and food was very nice. we also visited palm kitchen for Dinner, only only food was good but staff is also very nicee.
