Although we previously stayed at this hotel, this was the first time we booked a room with direct sea view and I believe it only enriched our experience thanks to the beautiful view. The meals were delicious and the food was well-cooked. There are plenty of parking spots and even if the hotel were to be fully occupied, there probably would still be enough parking spots for all the guests.

Apartment 9 berlokasi di Balchik, 15 menit jalan kaki dari Istana Ratu Maria, 11 km dari Aquapark Aquamania, dan 11 km dari Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort. The flat was beautifully decorated, offering all and beyond one would need for a holiday stay. It was clean and cosy, with great access to a private beach and a short walk to the emblematic sightseeings in Balchik and the central beach. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, staying in touch throughout our whole stay! Very kind and highly responsive. He helped us out with transport and provided extra goods on the way. Excellent service, thank you!

Very friendly staff, no problems with anything. Good breakfast, possible to do laundry. The place itself is nice for a family. Has a safe playground where you can leave your kids for a while and relax. You shouldn't expect 4* standard but it's clean and very pleasant.

Perfect localisation. Hotel is very clean - room and the other spaces. Very beautiful decor in all hotel. Very nice swimming pool. Very taste breakfast. But the most important is the excellent, proffessional team: manager, reception, restaurat staff and of course cleaning personel. Everyone were very kind, smiled and helpful. All staff speak english very well. We have spent wonderful holiday in this hotel in Kranevo. Warm recommendation! Dorota and Jarek
