Homy Seafront Hostel is situated in Kota Kinabalu, within 3.6 km of Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village and 5.4 km of North Borneo Railway. Everything! It was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The common area makes it easier to meet new people. They also promote social activities such as game night. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Although I stayed in a mixed dorm, the bathroom area is separated, which gives the ladies more privacy while showering. The internet is very good for people that are working while travelling. The view from the living room is stunning. Even from my bed was amazing. I recommend staying here if you plan to visit Kota Kinabalu.

Had a wonderful stay! The owner was helpful & responsive. Location was perfect for sightseeing.Room were clean equipped with comfy beds and had all the amenities we needed. i highly recommend it!

Offering a garden and mountain view, Bonheur at Karambunai is set in Kota Kinabalu, 80 metres from Karambunai Beach and 29 km from Filipino Market Sabah. Villa abuts the ocean; you wake up to the sound of crashing waves right outside. Private swimming pool offers refreshing reprieve from the hot days, and romantic hangout on evenings. In-unit washer is a great help. The villa is one of several in the complex. While we were there, the occupancy rate was very low, and we practically had the place all to ourselves. Facing the ocean means you get unobstructed view of the daily spectacle of sunsets. During low tides when the ocean front is accessible, the entire beach (quite flat out into the water) is for our enjoyment.

AJ Residence - Above Peppermint Asia City is located in Kota Kinabalu, less than 1 km from Filipino Market Sabah, 2.8 km from Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village, as well as 5.5 km from North Borneo... Great hotel and helpful, kind host. We liked everything, the host provided all the necessary information and help. I really recommend staying here, feel at home.

Set in Kota Kinabalu and within 400 metres of Filipino Market Sabah, CJ Residence - Opposite Public Bank Centre Point features a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. CJ Residence was super communicative and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and have all amenities (iron, complimentary umbrella for your use during the stay, hair dryer, snacks and water!). Staff is super nice!! Highly recommend.

The room was sparkling clean and spacious. Check in process was very smooth and the staff was very responsive to all our requests. Location is very good with cafés, shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend staying there!
