Our room was perfect for 4 people. There were 2 separate spaces rooms inside the whole room. The location is perfect. The hotel provides you with free bus and boat tickets to get to Interlaken round trip with a variety of times. Last bat not least, the breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. Excellent quality of food with stunning views while you have breakfast. We got late night (11:00 pm) to the hotel because our flight was delayed and the hotel had prepared instructions for us so that we could check in without problems. Absolutely recommended.

Property owner answer my question in booking.com promptly when I checked in late unplanned, they gave me instruction already but my miss to read it and then a helpful neighbor was so kind to relieve our worry and made the journey remarkable. A gentle reminder that the connecting bus number 60 is only 10min from Interlaken West but we must check its schedule since it runs only once an hour at night and in the morning. Once that time table is at hand with Google map, everything is set.
