Also, the restaurants pastry chef needs a special mention, her pain au chocolat was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. We will absolutely be back again! 10/10

The owner-run Hotel Splendide is located about a 3-minute walk from the centre of Crans-sur-Sierre and 400 metres from the cable car, and offers panoramic mountain views. Excellent views, nice and friendly staff.

Situated right on the banks of the Grenon Lake, the Hotel du Lac in Crans Montana features a lakeside restaurant with a terrace, offering superb views of the Valais Alps. Incredible view from our room. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful.

It was a self check in, and the instructions were very easy to follow. I stopped here for a day while doing the Haute Route hike.
