Communication with owner was excellent.

We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

Hotel Ad’Eldorado enjoys a quiet location on a high plateau in Crans-Montana. It offers a sauna and a comfortable lounge area with an open fireplace. This hotel is family owned. Virgil, our host, was an exceptional young man whose knowledge of the history of the area as well as the hotel made our stay all the more special. Views across the horizon, our own back garden, modern bathrooms in an otherwise quaint facility the BEST buffet we have had in our many visits to the area. A true gem. A must- we will certainly return.

The owner-run Hotel Splendide is located about a 3-minute walk from the centre of Crans-sur-Sierre and 400 metres from the cable car, and offers panoramic mountain views. Great location friendly staff.

Situated right on the banks of the Grenon Lake, the Hotel du Lac in Crans Montana features a lakeside restaurant with a terrace, offering superb views of the Valais Alps. Incredible scenery in a quaint hotel. Great, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Loved it!

Located right near the lake, and accessible to the nearby bar (1 min walk) and shops (5 min walk) . Cozy room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. It was a self check in, and the instructions were very easy to follow. I stopped here for a day while doing the Haute Route hike.
