The room and facility are super clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and available. We booked a poolside room and it’s only 1 min walk to the beach. They also provide gears and paddles & kayaks for use, they are available right on the beach. We stayed for two nights and everything is just wonderful.

Sunny Beach was a good location. From outside the apartments looked like nothing special but when you walk inside you realise how nice it is for budget accommodation. A very big clean space equipped with everything you require. Luckily we stayed here when we encountered 36 hours of torrential rain. Access to Netflix & other movies. Niki was away at the time but his extended family made sure we were okay & we had everything, they even offered to drive us to the market so we didn't get wet. Once the weather cleared there were pushbikes & paddle boards etc to use. Also everything you need was close by. Meeting the family as well as Niki when he returned was really was one of our highlights staying on Aitutaki.

Fresh fruit every morning, very clean rooms, kitchen and social area and very affordable in-house scooter/bicycle hire. Close to Arutonga for shops, takeaways and Scuba diving at 'Bubbles Below'. Take a trip on a Sunday morning to one of the local churches to listen to the harmonious Polynesian Choirs, it's incredible. Perfect sea in every possible shade of blue, soft white sand beaches and amongst some of the most amazing dive sites on planet earth. Napoleon Wrasse, Eagle Rays and Hawksbill Turtles, The reef system will stay etched in my mind forever. Perfect for solo travellers wanting to meet like minded people and wishing to get away from the more touristy side of the Pacific, Aitutaki Budget Accommodation is the only place to go! Can't wait to go back!

Maggie and Dylan were very warm and welcoming hosts. The house was new, modern, clean and comfortable, as a bonus it comes with a cat (has to stay outside though.) A very short walk to Koru Cafe and The Boat shed Bar and Restaurant for all your dietary requirements. Basically on the shore of the lagoon for swimming and water activities. The location is very convenient, close to the beach. Vaea is very friendly and helped us rent a scooter in advance, took us shopping, and toured the town. She was very attentive to our stay. The bungalow was well-equipped, the internet and TV worked well, and the shower was powerful.

Great, comfortable and quiet place to stay in Aitutaki. We literally had the beach for ourselves. The bungalow has everything you could ask for. We felled great from the first minute after our arrival. There are a few nice restaurants around where one can enjoy a good breakfast and dinner with an amazing view of the lagoon. The property provides bicycles, which can be used to explore the island. A very big 'Thank You' to Mere for being such a fantastic, friendly and welcoming host. We were rather sad to leave ... I guess that is a good sign. I hope we will be back sometime soon.
