Felipe was very kind and helpful (thanks again for the help). Breakfast was also rich enough which isn’t a guaranteed thing in South America. I would’t mind staying longer but I had time only for one night.

It's a fantastic hotel, right in the middle of Punta Arenas, very close up to the pier and Plaza de Armas, and a lot of restaurants and shops. We received a lot of help from different people at the reception desk, and they were always super friendly. The cleaning staff was very helpful, too. The room is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen where you can easily cook yourself. They leave some standard products for a self-made breakfast everyday, but they are super flexible in case you have some dietary restrictions. The bathroom, similar to the rest of the apartment, is meticulously clean. The bed is very comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Matic Apartments is a self-catering accommodation located in Punta Arenas, just 150 metres from the coast. Loved staying here, it was warm and cosy after very cold days outside and the kitchen/laundry was so useful. The location was 5 minuted walk from most tour pick up points too.
