The owner is super welcoming. He went out of his way to supply anything we needed. We arrived late at night and he drove us to a 24hr supermarket and waited for us while we shopped to make sure we were safe. Felt very safe and at home. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was very clean.

The location is awesome! The villa is on the top of the hill overlooking the lake and the volcano. The view is absolutely stunning. The villa is very private, surrounded by nature. The room has limited amenities but you don’t really need much. People don’t come to Costa Rica to stay indoors :) The deck upstairs is a nice place to hang out in the morning or at night. We had breakfasts and dinners with the volcano view. My husband and I were greeted by the host upon arrival. Solomon showed us everything, answered our questions, and gave us some advice on places to visit. He also prepared yummy breakfast for us every morning. Our host’s Bombay cat Panterito liked to hang out with us all the time we spent on premises. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Solomon’s place.
