The location is superb. Very close to the olympic stadium, by the lake (it's actually a river but widens at this point to form a dam lake for a few km's) and in the middle of the woods. In the middle of nature and silence but within a 15 min drive to the center of Berlin. The place is very well cleaned. All surfaces, sanitaries, bathroom, kitchen equipment, sheets, towels, everything. Free parking all day long. The owner is a very helpful man and always reachable and open to conversation even when he's not around. The kitchen is very well equipped for a few days of stay. Don't consider it as a regular boat, the ceilings are high and the rooms and bathroom are spacious enough. Plenty of space for relaxation. I stayed in July, no air conditioning is required for this time of the year. No sweating and no cold either.

Aiavaate ja aiaga Green Caroline asub Berliini Treptow-Köpenicki linnaosas, 20 km kaugusel East Side Gallery'st ja 23 km kaugusel Alexanderplatzi metroojaamast. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on terrass.... I had a wonderful stay at Green Caroline. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in a perfect location as a base for both the event and exploring the area. Everything was comfortable and convenient. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cozy apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Clean, tidy and well decorated. Ideal for a single person or couple looking for a quiet area near rivers and a big lake, away from the city chaos and still with easy access to trams within one minute walk. A supermarket across the road and many bike lanes, parking and a petrol station. Rented a bike and this was a nice location for outdoors escapes from within the city to a nearby lake and rivers.

Fischerhaus am See asub Berliinis, Alexanderplatzi metroojaamast vaid 24 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on aed, grillimisvahendid ning privaatne sisse- ja väljaregistreerimine. Everything! I have stayed in many good apartments via booking.com over the years, and this is definitely one of the best. It's spacious, modern, comfortable and very, very well equipped. Access to central Berlin by public transport couldn't be easier either. And the hosts are super helpful. I could not recommend this apartment more.

Located in Berlin by the river Havel, Hotel Altes Fährhaus offers an idyllic accommodation surrounded by nature. The hotel features a playground, a garden as well as free WiFi and parking. Clean, pleasant, comfortable.

Excellent. The stuff is really nice, the rooms are clean. Really loved this place. 10 walking minutes from a metro, and 18 minutes from the center. (Alexanderplatz)

It’s a nice apartment and the host was very responsive and even allowed an early checkin. Everything was very comfortable for our stay.

Offering garden views, Blue Chili 35 - Apartment in Treptow is an accommodation situated in Berlin, 9.3 km from Alexanderplatz and 9.3 km from Alexanderplatz Underground Station. It was very clean, we had everything that we needed, it gad big living room good tv and beds are very comfortable, the vibe and the backyard was super.
