Way better than I expected. The view is just incredible. The people in the hotel treats you very well and they are extremely helpful. The rooms are very good. And for a very good price. Only thing against it is the location, but you should expect it if staying in Guiza.

We were upgraded to a room with a view which was great. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was OK, seemed to vary between days but fills a hole. Kettle and tea bags included in the room as well as a fridge and safe. The bed is very comfortable and large. A lot of the other hotels in the area seem a bit scammy. We can confirm that the pictures of this hotel are accurate and no issue with getting placed in a nearby hotel etc. It's worth paying a bit extra for a better experience.

The guy who works there was really friendly and helpful, he fixed everything for us. He even negotiated with tuk tuk drivers for us. Room was clean and modern, shower was good, and the smell was pleasant.

Watching the sunrise with a coffee in hand, and later the glow of the sunset over the desert, felt like something out of a dream. Pictures don’t do it justice—you just have to be here to believe it. I especially loved spending time on the roof terrace—the views from up there are absolutely breathtaking. Sitting with a drink in the evening, gazing at the pyramids as the sky changed colors, was one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments I’ll never forget. The family room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Better than many 5 stars rooms we have seen in Egypt. If you’re planning a trip to Cairo or Giza, do yourself a favor and stay here at least once. It’s not just a hotel stay—it’s an experience you’ll carry with you forever.

Waleed went the extra mile to ensure everything in our room, from the amenities to the meals and views and room condition, was clean and excellent. He took us on a personal tour to visit the Pyramids and was so knowledgeable and amazing and easygoing. He is a friendly guy. Also, the staff the hotel was so helpful and was always willing to assist in at any time or with any need. I will definitely return to stay for longer, and I highly recommend staying here. Waleed arranged all our airport pick up and drop off and also all our tours. What a wonderful and life change experience, truly out of this world. The view of the pyramids from the room will "blow" your mind, and it is really out of this world.
