I'd requested a room with twin beds and when they didn't have one available we were given an additional room free of charge. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My only regret is we only stayed one night. We will definitely be back.

Private parking is available on site. Everything in the property is perfect really i liked everything, they also have a big menu for breakfast really classy place . Except for one thing happened in the breakfast room where the manger there started screaming on me that i sat in a place that i should pay for . I politely smiled and told her if i need to pay i will pay but it’s not a great idea is to start screaming in front of everyone I don’t it was a good stay i loved the hotel but it wasn’t appropriate.

The Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) features brightly decorated double bedrooms and suites with balconies. Suites and Junior Suites have living areas with satellite TV. A safety deposit box is available. The size of the suite was exceptional and very comfortable. Nicely designed with no detail spared. Great terrace. Friendly, helpful staff. A nice size supermarket round the corner. Parking is not complicated. Short walk to the port and beach.
