La ubicación y la comida eran excelentes. La habitación con vista al mar era muy cómoda y tecnológica. La piscina climatizada era una excelente opción. El encargado del personal en el desayuno era un empleado maravilloso. A veces lo veía también en el almuerzo. Lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre.

Hyperion City Hotel & Spa ofrece alojamiento de 4 estrellas en La Canea, frente a la playa, y tiene piscina al aire libre, centro de fitness y salón de uso común. We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

Insanely clean! Very comfortable beds, quiet and very central location! The stuff was very kind and helpful! Highly recommended!!!

There was a mix up with the booking system regarding our arrival date, for which they had to put us in a dif hotel for 1 night. In return they upgraded us to a wet room and covered all of our drinks. I was extremely surprised at the level of care for the issue and cannot thank the manager Katerina and her team for treating us like they did. Thank you so much for making this birthday holiday so pleasant and special. The half board option was amazing, various food choices everyday. The traditional greak burger and chicken souvlaki were excellent.
