There are so many things about this hotel that are exceptional, but first and most of all are the people who work there. Such kindness, patience and catering is deserving of more than a 10. And this grade is because of them. Especially I would like to mention Liana who has done everything and beyond to make it a great stay for us. Furthermore, this hotel's location is perfect if you want to have a great relaxing get-away vacation. It connects straight onto a beach and is a short taxi ride to Rethymno core town, or you can have a 30minute stroll down the strand (all the way along the beach). As we expected from Greek cuisine, the food was fantastic, but what made it better was all the options we had during breakfast and dinner time - ranging from savory, both for meat lovers and vegans to sweet (those strawberry tarts were insanely good) a lot of variation every day. We were there for 10 days and never got bored with the food (actually gained some nice sea-vacation weight :D ) The hotel has a modern design, which might for some things be limiting, but it s nothing that the hotel's staff cannot take care for you, so you can have the best holiday stay! The catering is professional and amazing, from the hotel area to the double pool area and straight down to the beach. You can lie down comfortably in sunbeds, get your cocktails served directly to you and enjoy the sun and seaairwithout moving a finger, and have your perfectly deserved lazy vacation. Speaking of Sun, Rhetymno must have some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world - don't miss out on sitting at the beach in the evening, with a glass of vine at your side and enjoy the sun setting in. Even though the hotel itself is some way from both of the airports - hotel can organize a pick up/drop off ride for you or it is easy as well to book a taxi online with many respectible services.

I needed a place to stay after a late flight and this was a perfect choice! The staff are super friendly, really attentive and helped me book a taxi. When I arrived I was given a code to the room but I got confused how to get in a someone was even there to help me at 1.30am! The room was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. Water, coffee, huge bed, terrace and all brand new. Thank you.

Excellent aparthotel for a family of 4. Beautiful decorations. Very confortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Staff was very friendly. Parking is not easy around the area but the hotel has some solutions with the nearby mall.

Breakfast was great! It gave the "greek" touch and met our needs! The breakfast room was also very spatious, and the open space veranda was a bonus! The receptionists Marilena and Nikol were very professional and ready to help with directions and guests' needs!

I recently stayed at this magnificent hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was luxurious, with several beautifully decorated spaces and a private pool that was an absolute highlight. The hotel exuded elegance, and the staff were incredibly attentive. It was a perfect, relaxing retreat, and I highly recommend it!

Perfectly located on the Blue Flag Award winning sandy beach of Amoudara with stunning views from around the resort, Paralos Lifestyle Beach Adults Only features 5 sharing and 2 common seasonal... It was our second stay in this beautiful hotel and each time their staff, services, amenities and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Each staff member has meticulous attention to detail to anything they do, which made our stay so special snd unforgettable. Special thanks to Vaso and George who looked after my mum and I during breakfast and dinner:). Highly recommended and definitely will visit again!

Mosaic terletak di pusat bandar Chania. Wifi percuma disediakan di seluruh penginapan. Setiap bilik di rumah tamu ini berhawa dingin dan dilengkapi dengan TV skrin rata. We had a wonderful stay at Mosaic Hotel, the location was peaceful, but close to everything, and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Everything was clean and had such a cute vibe. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom was nice and very well equipped. I hope we will visit Chania again soon.
