The location, cleanliness of the room, the gifts and hospitality of the property. Sisi (the owner) was the best person we have ever met!! She was so kind and helpful with everything. She put cookies water tea coffee for every guest of the hotel for free, we had the chance to drink hot beverages whenever we wanted. We had a very small problem with the room and although it was not the fault of the hotel Sisi put our room some delicious cookies for apology. She is really awesome<3 If we ever visit Thasos we will definitely stay here.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back again. I have stayed at Olivia Resort for two nights with my family and I've truly felt at home. 🏠 This place has such a warm and welcoming vibe and a lot of character. The architecture, interiors and landscaping were all aesthetically top-notch. The mattresses are great quality and even the sofa bed was quite comfy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. (I can't praise them enough for putting a new kitchen sponge in its package!) There were some sustainability measures such as sensors that prevented air-conditioner to work if there were open windows or doors, and hot water coming from the solar panels. They also had various measures to prevent mosquitoes bothering the guests. Looking at all the details and in light of our lovely conversations, I believe the biggest difference Olivia Resort has is definitely its owners and their love and motivation to create the best experience for their guests. The room was very spacious for a family of four, very clean and comfortable, nice mattresses and pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped, loved the big refrigerator and air conditioning. The building is only 5 minutes walking distance from the lovely beach with very warm water perfect for swimming. Christy was very nice, she waited for us with cold water in the fridge and a bottle of greek wine when we checked out. We are definitely coming back!!!

Everything was spotless – so clean that everything felt brand new! Daily cleaning service, fresh towels and bed linen were perfect. The host was incredibly attentive to every detail, making sure we had everything we needed. Very kind and welcoming. Shops and supermarkets are very close, the beach is not far, and the area is peaceful. If we ever return to Thassos, we will definitely choose Olive Roots again. Thank you for your hospitality

Super clean rooms, comfortable beds, new installations, spacious balconies, big and clean pool, free WiFi very fast speeds and long coverage even at the pool side.the owner is a very kind and helpful person. We had a fantastic stay from every perspective and we highly recommend this place. I really can't find anything negative to mention.
