Located in Lagoi, 500 metres from Lagoi Beach, Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

Great place for families, we went with a 2-year old and he loved it, the pools, the beach, the whole facility is very kids friendly. Staff was very helpful and so nice. Food was great. Very nice and helpful staff (including the owners) who did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very extensive and they prepared what we wanted. We also had lunch and dinner there which were both very tasty. It is a small and friendly resort with a lovely swimming pool. The fire fly tour is highly recommended.

We loved that all the meals were planned and prepared for us, which took the fuss out of us having to plan ahead for meals. The villa we stayed in was exactly as we expected from photos. The activities available were fun and enjoyed by the family, both young and old; we participated in activities such as boat and boom net, firefly tour, kayaking, skywalk, flying fox, marine walk and rock climbing.
