Osoblje je vrlo pristojno i uslužno, odmah reagira na upite i molbe, a masaže u spa i wellness centru su ugodne i po pristupačnim cijenama. Opcija prijevoza shuttleom do luke i prekrasnih obližnjih plaža je vrlo praktična i korisna s obzirom na strme pristupne puteve i povratak do smještaja nakon kupanja. Osoblje u cijelom resortu je vrlo ljubazno, profesionalno i uslužno. Sve funkcionira besprijekorno.

Objekt Green Merta nalazi se u gradu 'Padangbai', u blizini znamenitosti Plaža Padang Bai te ima smještaj s vrtom, najmom bicikla, privatnom plažom, zajedničkim salonom i terasom. I stayed here the night before going to Gili Island. The owner, Kadek san was very kind and helpful, and I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for the delicious breakfast! I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Padang Bai.

Villa was just perfect! Host is friendly, city is quiet but very nice! A lot of good snorkeling spots. We wanted to come back during our holidays, but Villa was not available!

Nice, comfort, peaceful. The pool with the view of the Forest and the sound of the river was regenerating, everywhere there is a romantic atmosfere. Breakfast was good, the staff was excellent and nice. They helped us with the scooter (showing us how to use it)

I'm glad I chose Amed Permai Home Stay Ketut and the ladies there were so friendly, helpful and very flexible with their service, the room is super clean and very comfort bed, which I really needed after a long day studying my Free dive course. The location is also next to nice and with high rate restaurants so you can just enjoy around.

We had an amazing stay at The Angsa Villa in Amed with our family of four (two adults and two children aged 11 and 13). The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The villa itself was beautiful and spacious, with two large bedrooms and excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated after hot days in the sun. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which we could order the day before and have served directly in the villa—a lovely and relaxing start to each morning. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view, especially the sunrise, which could be seen right from the villa. Absolutely magical and something we highly recommend experiencing. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance, making dining out easy and enjoyable. The villa is also a great base for exploring the area. During our stay, we went snorkeling, diving, and fishing—all fantastic experiences. The Angsa Villa helped arrange most of our excursions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We initially planned to stay for four nights but ended up extending to five, simply because we didn’t want to leave. It was a truly relaxing and memorable stay, and we would love to return in the future. Thank you!

Mark, Inayah and staff are exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay in Lipah such a memorable and relaxing experience. Mark arranged all our transfers, snorkel hire, drivers for touring, in house massages (the best!) and shared his local knowledge and recommendations not only for our stay in Lipah but also for our onward journey which helped to make our holiday experience seamless and stress free. Breakfast served on our balcony each morning was delicious including great coffee from Java. We will miss waking up to our sunrise view across the sea while observing and listening to the sounds of the morning rituals of the village as it starts the day. Thankyou to all the team -we hope to visit again one day 🙏
