Our stay at TheJungleGuide was fantastic! The staff do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, from organising transport to and from the accomodation, to singing tunes with you at night! The inclusion of a jungle trek in our stay was the highlight! We were taken on a 1 day trek with Wahyun and the absolutely hilarious Bandito who were knowledgeable and so much fun during our trip. The food from the kitchen was nice and gave a taste of the local cuisine. Overall this was an amazing stay that we will definitely be recommending to friends back home!!

Boasting a garden and views of city, Evergreen Lodge is a recently renovated homestay set in Padang, 2.3 km from Samudra Beach. The lodge is a well run place, with a very friendly vibe, and lots of cool people hanging out! Will definitely return!

Located in Bukit Lawang, Rambai Tree Jungle Lodges - Family Friendly features a garden, terrace, massage services, and free WiFi throughout the property. Our stay at Rambai Tree lodges was magical. Tia was incredibly helpful and the people in general who work for Rambai and within Bukit Lawang are so so lovely. She helped sort us out with a guide to go and see the Oragutans and we managed to see 8 of them in one day. The guides are knowledgeable, interesting and passionate giving a wonderful overall experience. The food was exceptional and Tia is a phenomenal cook, always providing us with delicious fresh fruit afterwards. The location was exceptional, right on the edge of the National Park and with the roaring sound of the river outside, it was big, clean and comfortable. When we arrived we were greeted by Thomas Leaf monkeys on our porch, it was truly magical and I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

JUNGLE LIFE GUEST HOUSE - Trekking & Transport Only Book With Us is set in Bukit Lawang and has a pool with a view and river views. Alek the owner is an amazing host, he really takes care of you. The jungle 2 day jungle trek he arranged was amazing too. The accommodation in right in the middle of the town and close to everything. The rooms are good and the bed is super comfy. All in all, I had an amazing stay here.

Situated in Iboih, 200 metres from Iboih Beach, Santi Garden Bungalows features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. The bungalow was on the water with hammock and air conditioning. The restaurant next door was fabulous and inexpensive. Rented snorkel gear and arranged boats. Had motor bikes. Everything was so reasonable. Loved our stay for 3 nights. We feel so relaxed. People are so nice. Snorkeling directly off their dock or across the water at rubia was amazing. Lots of divers going out. We are not divers

Providing garden views, SeaGate Bungalows in Sabang offers accommodation, a private beach area, an open-air bath and a garden. Borja and Yuyun are excellent hosts that offers you the warmest welcome that you can imagine. They are very kind and help you with any and every question you might have about the place and the island. Every single item in the rooms were well thought. Room was very clean. Having a mini fridge, boiler in the room was great to have. Location is fantastic as it's a bit remote in the island which offers you a calm place to relax. Having the ocean right beneath you is remarkable. Food in the restaurant which is running as a side business, "La Boca Chica", was a great surprise for us as it really exceeded our expectations for taste and variety. We were not comfortable to ride scooter and Borja was kind enough to give us a practice session which shows how far they are willing to go for helping their guests!

Son una bungalows senzills pero perfectes per una estada dins de la jungla. El lloc es idilic i l’atencio personal inmillorable!!! Tambe es menja molt be al restaurant i be de preu. Vem fer el trekking d’una nit a la jungla amb ells i va ser genial, els millors guies, gracies al Enri, al Dian i la mama Evan!! Ofereixen servei de transport de Bukit lawang al aeroport. Moltes gracies per tot!!

Andri was very kind and helpful. He arranged transportation to/from Bukit Lawang. He also arranged a day trip to the jungle with our guide Jhony whom we recommend as well! The place is by the river and absolutely lovely.

Amazing place, the location is superb in the centre of the picturesque village Bukit Lawang and next to the river! The staff is absolutely amazing, and the food wow.. Furthermore we did the 3 days/2night jungle trek with Andy and Jerry, which was absolutely incredible. The tour was full of insights on the local flora and fauna, accompanied by well organised base camps and great food. We can do nothing but recommend this place! Looking forward to being back, Lara and Stijn!
