Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. This eco-friendly hotel features rooms with a private balcony and air conditioning. Our stay at the Hotel Aria was awesome! The people were so friendly and helpful. The room as a decent size, had one of the best showers we had in all of Italy, the breakfast had a lot of choices and yummy, there were restaurants fairly close by, and it was within a 10-15 minute walk to get to one of the main squares (we walk slow now). We would recommend for individuals, couples and families. We would definitely stay there again, no doubt!

Very good and plentiful breakfast. Location may be little bit far from the center, but the distance was walkable.
