It’s in the perfect quiet spot of Fuimicino Town which is about 10-15 min bus from the airport. It’s was super clean and perfect for a short stay before or after a flight. Please note there is no public transport available after 21:45 so you will need to take an expensive taxi. The owner was kind enough to offer to come at 2am to get me and he was extremely helpful even if we communicated through translator. He also helped me sort accommodation the following day at his cousin’s place. Extremely clean, communicative and recommended.

Locazione turistica Giulia is a beachfront property located in Fiumicino, 1.1 km from Lungomare della Salute Beach and 27 km from EUR Magliana Metro Station. Private parking is available on site. Very clean and tidy. Initially we chose this property because of its proximity to Fiumicino but it turned out that it was perfect for a beach break as well. The host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations regarding nearby beaches and restaurants.

The host Nicola was incredibly helpful with a great deal of local knowledge. The accommodation was centrally located, clean, modern, and well maintained. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
